What is your return policy ?

We want you to have a good experience with us so if a faulty item is sent to you, please let us know immediately.


  • We allow return of products that are damaged during transit or due to faulty manufacturing only. The damage products have to be returned first, before we sent out a replacement. Do let  us know immediately via email at, along with your order ID and we’ll get it sorted out for you.


  • Take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID and send to We will exchange your item for a new one. In the  event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of e-store vouchers.


  • In the event that a returned product is not damaged after inspection by our relevant supplier, postage fee to redeliver the item is to be borne solely by the customer.


  • Returns are accepted if returned within 14 days of receipt (for local and international orders) in exchange for e-store vouchers.


  • No change of mind or product dissatisfaction will be entertained after payment made successfully and products have been shipped out, so please choose and decide on your purchases carefully.


  • Please note that the following are strictly not refundable:


          a.)Skincare / Make up products that has been opened,

          b.)Used products  

          c.)Products that contains used traces


           We can also arrange for our courier to pick up from you if needed. Do advice via
