DELIVERY

 

1.)Can you deliver all purchased products listed in PoshKidz E-Store  outside Malaysia?

There will be certain brands of product (which will be specifically stated in the product brand home page) in which we are unable to deliver outside of Malaysia due to the imposition of restriction by the distributors, which is unavoidable. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 

2.)Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak. For other countries, please contact us through info@myposhkidz.com regarding the delivery/ shipping charges before purchasing the items, as we do deliveries internationally.

 

3.)What are the charges for delivery?

RM10 is incurred for Peninsular Malaysia and also for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) postal addresses.

 

4.)When will I receive my purchased goods?

Upon receiving the confirmation of your payment, the goods will be delivered:

            i.          Within 3 to 7 business days for Peninsular Malaysia;

            ii.         Within 7 to 10 business days for West Malaysia; and

            iii.        within 14 to 18 business days for other countries outside Malaysia.

          

5.)Self-Collection option available?

No self-collection, only via courier as we do not have a physical store.

Parcels will be delivered via courier companies.

       

6.) Which address should I ship my order to?

If you are working, it would be advisable to courier to your office address because courier services companies like City-Link operate between 8:30am to 6pm (Malaysian time GMT+8) on weekdays.

If no one is physically able to collect your parcel after two delivery attempts, your parcel will be held at the nearest City-Link or sent back to us.

If an invalid address or contact number caused the package to be returned to us, we will not pay for the shipping charges again should there be a re-delivery by you.

 

7.)How would I know whether my purchased items have been shipped out?

After sending out the package, we will inform you the tracking number through your given contact details.

Upon payment received, we will courier/ship the order on the next following business day.

 

8.)I did not receive my items within the given time frame of delivery.

If you did not receive your package after the stipulated time above, please contact us contactus@myposhkidz.com and contact the courier company directly with the given reference of the tracking number.

 

9.) Any special packaging provided?

All goods will be delivered in our standard and safe packaging.

 

Please note that this offer is subject to changes and conditions

made by us and we reserve the right to remove this offer at any given time.

 

This offer can also be made subject to a minimum spending and is not a year round promotion and does not include sale of discounted products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer.

1.)What payment methods do you accept?

You can either pay via:

a)    Bank transfer/ Online Banking

Please ensure you bank in the correct amount. Any change owed to you will be given in the form of our store credit. If you decide to pay using Bank Transfer/ Online Banking, please send us the payment slip to accounts@myposhkidz.com, as proof of payment.
Your orders will be processed we have received your payment slip via email.
 

b)   Credit Card

Please proceed through Ipay88 payment gateway provided in our e-store. We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment.
If credit card is selected as payment method, it is still compulsory to register for PayPal before proceeding to make payment, as our credit card payment gateway is attached under PayPal.

 

2.) Has my payment completed successfully?

It will be reflected at the end of the purchase if a payment is successful.
If your credit/debit card is rejected by our online payment gateway, please re-check   all the card holder’s details that you entered are accurate and correct. If problem still   persist, please contact your credit/debit provider.

 

3.)What is the next step after my order has been completed successfully?

Once you have completed you payment for the product/s successfully, we will email you a tracking number for you to keep track on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code will be send to your registered email address. Do check your Junk Mail too just in case!

 

4.)After a successful purchase, can I cancel my order or seek for a refund?

Please be sure on your purchase as once payment has gone through successfully, order cannot be refunded or cancelled

 

5.)Can I add items under the same order after a successful purchase?

No, additional items has to be purchased in a separate order.
